Architectural Technician 33,000 - 40,000 + Training + Progression + Technical Development + Modern Office + Bonus Redhill, Surrey (Commutable from: Reigate, Horley, Crawley, Gatwick, Dorking, Leatherhead, Croydon) Are you an Architectural Technician looking to join a growing specialist consultancy where you can take real ownership of design models on major commercial projects, with funded CPD and clear scope to develop as the team expands? On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural and structural engineering business working on a range of commercial schemes including multi-storey car parks, transport hubs and wider infrastructure projects, in a modern office environment with a friendly, collaborative team. As a result of continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are now looking to add an Architectural Technician to support their in-house architectural and structural teams, producing high-quality models and drawings across RIBA Stages 2-4. In this role you will be office-based in Redhill, using Revit to model architectural and structural elements, along with occasional CAD drawing production and the use of NBS Chorus. There will also be opportunities to visit sites across the UK where required. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician with strong Revit skills looking to work on significant projects, develop technically through funded CPD, and build long-term progression within a growing team.
