Sales Negotiator Multiple locations - Brighton & surrounding areas Location: Opportunities across the business - preferred location discussed on application We are recruiting a motivated Sales Negotiator on behalf of an established independent estate agency with a strong focus on local knowledge, property marketing and personal service. Our client is open to considering candidates across its locations, allowing you to discuss the most suitable office for your experience and commute. The role You will help buyers find their next home and support vendors throughout the sales process. From handling enquiries and conducting viewings to negotiating offers, you will combine proactive sales activity with clear communication and dependable follow-up. Your responsibilities will include: Registering buyers and understanding their requirements, budget and purchasing position. Matching applicants with suitable properties and arranging viewings. Conducting viewings and providing prompt, constructive feedback to vendors. Following up enquiries and viewings to generate offers and maintain buyer interest. Negotiating offers and communicating agreed terms accurately. Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting, referrals and existing contacts. Maintaining regular contact with buyers and vendors. Working with colleagues, solicitors and mortgage advisers to support sales progression. Keeping property records and CRM activity accurate and up to date. Developing your local market knowledge and working towards agreed targets. About you You will ideally have previous experience in residential sales, with the confidence to build relationships and turn enquiries into business. We are looking for someone with: Excellent communication and customer service skills. A proactive approach to sales and new business generation. Strong negotiation skills and a results-focused mindset. Good organisation and consistent follow-up
