Kilnwood Vale Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Headteacher and teaching staff, you'll help deliver high-quality learning experiences, lead planned lessons when required, and provide targeted support to pupils with a range of needs. What we are looking for Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification. Have experience in supporting and delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development. Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning. Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.
