Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for an inspirational,
enthusiastic and committed teacher of Computing to join the existing team in January
2027 who has the ability to teach both Computer Science and Creative iMedia. The
aptitude to demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and to consistently teach
stimulating and innovative lessons is essential. This is a full-time post and is suitable for
both experienced teachers and ECTs. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated
who wants to make a difference to the education of our students and who
has the drive and enthusiasm to provide a high quality and challenging learning
experience for our students, whilst also ensuring a supportive and encouraging

SPECIFICATION We are looking for a person who: can deliver Computer Science and Creative
iMedia to all ability levels across the age range with the ability or
experience of teaching Creative iMedia at Key Stage 4. can build positive and productive working
relationships with staff, pupils and parents can deliver a creative and innovative approach
to teaching has the drive to improve and curriculum
resources and teaching practices is committed to making learning a challenging,
exciting and worthwhile activity for our youngsters enjoys working with young people, has high
expectations and can unlock potential is ambitious and will welcome professional
development opportunities has a good sense of humour. The post is suitable for experienced teachers
and ECTs. The department has a good track record of developing ITT students and
has close links to ITT providers. We welcome applications from forward-looking
