Temporary Role- Personal Assistant & Event Coordinator- Located near Oxford Are you organised, proactive and someone who loves being at the heart of exciting events? We’re looking for a hands-on Events Administrator & Assistant to Head of Events to join a fast-paced, busy events team. Working closely with the Head of Events, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key responsibilities include: Diary and meeting management, including agendas, minutes and action tracking Team and events calendar, holiday and weekly update coordination Purchase orders, invoices, expenses and budget administration Managing the events inbox and supporting event logistics Preparing event briefings, reports and operational plans Supplier and contractor administration Supporting compliance documentation, including accreditation, risk assessments and We are looking for someone who is available for an immediate start and has: Excellent organisation and attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, practical and flexible approach Previous events, administration or coordination experience Katie Bard is acting as an agency and is an equal opportunities employer.
