Junior Account Coordinator - Apparel Location: Hammersmith, West London Salary: £27,000 + benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Pattern: Office-based initially, with some home working available after training Are you interested in fashion, clothing, apparel or textiles and looking for your first or next step into a professional office-based role? We are looking for a Junior Apparel Account Coordinator to join an established London-based business specialising in bespoke clothing, uniforms and apparel. This is a junior role supporting the Account Management team with client orders, garments, samples, suppliers and deliveries. You will help make sure clothing projects are organised and delivered accurately and on time. We are open to a Fashion or Textiles graduate, a recent graduate with relevant retail or administration experience, or a college leaver with experience in clothing retail or a similar environment. You do not need previous corporate-wear experience. However, you should have a genuine interest in apparel and some practical experience of working in a customer-facing, administrative, retail or creative environment. The Role Working alongside the Account Managers, you will be involved in: Coordinating clothing and apparel orders Supporting Account Managers with client projects Communicating with clients by phone and email Processing orders and updating internal systems Checking garment details, samples and product information Checking stock and arranging deliveries Coordinating embroidery, tagging and other garment requirements Liaising with suppliers and couriers Tracking orders and following up on deliveries Updating spreadsheets and preparing reports Keeping clients and Account Managers informed of progress Helping resolve order or delivery issues Ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met Providing general administration and coordination support Full training will be provided on the company's products, systems and processes. About You We are looking for a graduate or collage leaver with some retail and operations experience in stock management within the appreal industry and a genuine interest in clothing/fashion You could be: A Fashion, Fashion Business or Textiles graduate/collage leaver A graduate/collage leaver with relevant fashion, retail, administration or creative experience Someone with experience in clothing or fashion retail Someone who has completed a fashion, apparel or creative internship or placement A junior administrator or coordinator from a creative environment A college leaver with relevant clothing, retail or office experience A degree is desirable but not essential. Relevant experience and the right attitude are essential.
