Repairs Planner – Full Time – Widnes Our client, a leading social housing association is looking for an experienced administrator/ repairs planner to support their in-house maintenance team. This role will support external contractors and the scheduling team to ensure homes are maintained effectively and safely. What’s on offer? Rate of pay: £12.71 - 6 months Contract type: Temp Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) Key Responsibilities Support with the administration of repairs complaints, ensuring complaints are responded to effectively Undertake contract administration functions in the management of the repairs & maintenance service, insurance, re charges, right to buy and disrepair claims Liaise with third party contractors, suppliers and stakeholders, inclusive of Local Authorities, solicitors and insurance representatives in the delivery of the repairs service Provide triage support to all internal departments for the delivery of accurate and timely repair defect diagnostics, and adherence to the repairs & maintenance policies, procedures and systems About you Experience working within a responsive repairs/ planned repairs background Experience of working within social housing Having a solution-focused, proactive personality If you are a motivated repairs planner looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
