Midday Supervisor Monday to Friday, 11.15am-1.30pm, 11.25 hours per week, Term Time Only Annual salary £6,247.99 (£23,852 FTE) Nb this salary is based on the 2025/26 academic year salary scale and is expected to rise for the 2026/27 academic year scale. Permanent Contract To Commence November 2026 We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our team and support the welfare, safety and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period. The successful candidate will help to create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for our pupils during the lunch period, supporting the pupils, and ensuring the smooth running of each lunchtime session. Good communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, are essential. We are looking for someone who is approachable, patient and able to respond calmly and appropriately to the needs of children. Previous experience of working with children would be advantageous, but is not essential, as training and support will be provided. The role primarily involves preparing and maintaining the dining area during the lunchtime break to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming dining environment, and supervising the pupils during this time, responding to their individual needs and promoting positive behaviour.
