Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Support Advisor to be the first point of contact for MHFA England customers, responding across multi-channels and delivering high-quality, responsive and efficient customer service. The Customer Support Advisor plays a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, resolving enquiries efficiently and helping customers access the information, products and services they need. Please note that telephone support forms a significant part of this role, and advisors are expected to be comfortable handling a high volume of customer calls. This is a hybrid role with travel to Central London up to twice a month, where you’ll collaborate with colleagues to support our mission and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
