A unique opportunity has arisen for a polished and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CTO of a cutting-edge technology company. The company has a strong research presence across London, USA and Europe and is continuing to scale internationally. The Role This Executive Assistant role will provide dedicated 1:1 support to the CTO, ensuring his time is managed effectively and that priorities are coordinated seamlessly across multiple projects and stakeholders. The successful Executive Assistant will become a key partner to a highly intelligent and respected executive, taking ownership of organisational priorities while maintaining a proactive yet measured approach. This role would suit a senior Executive Assistant who is adaptable, solutions-focused and happy to roll up their sleeves in a growing start-up environment. Key Responsibilities of the EA: Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel arrangements Preparing and processing expense reports Organising meetings, leadership sessions and board meetings Assisting with fundraising activities and investor-related coordination Managing scheduling across senior stakeholders and leadership teams Preparing meeting agendas, briefing materials and supporting documentation Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the CTO Supporting office-wide initiatives and assisting the wider team when required Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times Helping to drive operational efficiency within a growing organisation The Ideal EA Significant experience as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up or high-growth business Proven ability to support senior leaders operating across international markets Strong experience managing complex calendars, travel and executive administration Comfortable working with changing priorities and evolving business needs Experience supporting board meetings and fundraising processes Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail Confident handling high-pressure situations without becoming flustered Naturally professional, polished and highly credible A calm and adaptable approach with a genuine can-do attitude Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively Able to provide proactive support without being overly directive or pushy Happy to be hands-on and get involved wherever needed Additional Details Based in King's Cross, London Salary circa £60,000+ depending on experience Full-time, permanent position Core hours approximately 8:00am/9:00am to 5:00pm/6:00pm Some flexibility required to support occasional meetings with US-based stakeholders Excellent opportunity for a senior Executive Assistant seeking a long-term career move Due to the volume of applications we receive, we are unfortunately unable to respond to every applicant.
