Fundraising & Marketing Officer

Amma Birth Companions is recruiting a Fundraising & Marketing Officer who shares our commitment to equity in perinatal care, and who can grow the income and support that make our work possible.The Fundraising & Marketing Officer is a new role reporting into our Head of Fundraising. The successful candidate will help build lasting relationships with our donors and supporters and lead the campaigns that bring vital funding to the families we support.The RoleAs Fundraising & Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in growing the income Amma relies on to do its work.You will develop and deliver our individual giving programme, build donor journeys through our CRM and email marketing, and deliver our fundraising campaigns, working closely with the Head of Fundraising on strategy and targets.You will apply Amma's brand identity consistently across our channels and campaign materials, produce our newsletter, and own the website's donate page and other key conversion pages.You'll also work closely with the Advocacy & Communications Officer, who will help shape campaign messaging and other digital content.
