Security Installation Engineer

Job Title: Security Installation Engineer Location: Romford Length: 3 weeks Rate: £220 per day Are you a Security Installation Engineer based in Romford looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of access control, door entry, and CCTV systems across a range of commercial and residential sites. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality security solutions to its customers. Responsibilities: * Install access control systems, including readers, controllers, and associated cabling. * Install and configure door entry systems, including intercoms and electric locking mechanisms. * Install CCTV systems, including cameras, DVR/NVR units, and network infrastructure. * Carry out first-fix and second-fix installation works to a high standard. * Test and commission installed systems to ensure correct operation prior to handover. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site at all times. Experience and Certifications required: * Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in security systems installation. * Proven experience installing access control, door entry, and CCTV systems. * Familiarity with a range of manufacturers and platforms across access control and CCTV. * Full UK driving licence. * ECS Card and valid DBS check required. * FIA qualification (desirable).
