Fitness Instructor Bicester Leisure Centre 16 Hours per week This is an outstanding career opportunity with a not for profit charitable organisation committed to providing a diverse and meaningful range of leisure and culture related activities for the local communities in which we serve. The Opportunity Reporting to the Fitness Supervisor the successful candidate will have a passion for delivering customer excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of the gym including health and safety, customer care, member inductions, sales calls and general gym duties. This full time role will include a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings and weekends. The Person A minimum Level 2 fitness qualification is required, Level 3 and group exercise qualifications are desired. To undertake Inductions, Fitness Assessments and Personal Programmes in accordance with the expressions brand. Must be able to meet the demands of the role by working additional hours when required. Experience of delivering exercise classes using first class customer service to a diverse client base. Supporting in sales and retention processes and enhancing the Member Journey. Comfortable at establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers. What can Legacy Leisure offer you?
