A Property Management Assistant is required to support a busy Block Management team in Sutton on a maternity cover basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This would suit an organised administrator with an interest in property and some previous property industry experience would be helpful. The role is fully office-based and offers exposure to residential block management, major works, Section 20 procedures and insurance claims within a collaborative team.
