This role is ideal for a motivated property professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating sales, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment. Basic salary of £26,000 with realistic On Target Earnings of £30,000 - £35,000. About the Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the heart of the sales process, building strong relationships with buyers and vendors, matching prospective purchasers to suitable properties, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing agreed sales through to completion. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction whilst helping to drive business performance and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing professional advice and regular updates. Arrange and conduct property viewings. Match buyers to suitable properties and proactively generate interest. Handle offers and negotiations to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties. Progress sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
