The Role Based from offices in Cheltenham Assisting senior staff with the coordination and preparation of large-scale and complex mixed-use residential and/or commercial planning applications Leading projects including pre-application enquiries, planning applications, Listed Building Consent applications, and planning appeals Supporting colleagues on larger, strategic planning projects The Ideal Candidate 2-3 years' experience within the planning profession with a good understanding of the UK planning system Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline, RTPI-accredited Working towards, or already holding, RTPI Chartership Keen to work within a small but fast-growing consultancy Full UK driving licence Benefits Pension contributions Gym membership Payment of professional subscriptions Strong technical training and mentoring Opportunity to work within a small, friendly, and supportive team on a diverse range of planning projects If you are i
