Position: Architect Location: Leeds Salary: Up to 50,000 DOE + Hybrid Working + Further Benefits We are seeking an ambitious Architect to join a well-established, AJ Top 100 architectural practice based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an employee-owned, design-led practice delivering innovative and sustainable projects across the UK. Working within a collaborative architectural team, the successful Architect will contribute to the design and delivery of high-profile Commercial, Mixed-Use, Residential and Education projects, typically ranging from 5m to 100m+ in value. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects across multiple RIBA stages, working closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions from concept through to completion. Genuine long-term progression within an employee-owned AJ Top 100 practice Architect Overview Lead the design and technical delivery of Commercial, Residential, Mixed-Use and Education projects. Manage projects across multiple RIBA stages, ensuring programme, quality and budget objectives are achieved. Produce high-quality design and technical information using Revit. Liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors, presenting design and technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams throughout project delivery. D
