QUANTITY SURVEYOR Manchester Market-Leading Subcontractor Up to 50,000 + Car Allowance NEW OPPORTUNITY QUANTITY SURVEYOR I'm currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a market-leading subcontractor based in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for an experienced QS looking to join an established business with a strong reputation, excellent project pipeline and long-term opportunities for career development. The Role You'll be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors, project teams and the wider commercial function. The business is open to QS professionals from a variety of construction backgrounds , so you don't necessarily need to come from a specific discipline. Relevant experience could include: Structural steel Facades / cladding Roofing Construction subcontracting Engineering Other specialist subcontractor environments About You Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor Strong commercial and cost-control understanding Experience within construction or a specialist subcontractor environment Confident managing valuations, variations, costs and final accounts Good communication and client-management skills Commercially minded with strong attention to detail Structural steel experience is advantageous but not essential What's on Offer?
