Join our Latent Defects Team at L&Q: As a Programme Officer, you will provide project-level support across a portfolio of complex latent-defect and remediation projects. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will help coordinate individual projects, maintain clear records and actions, and ensure that residents and stakeholders receive regular, accurate updates. You will work closely with Technical Inspectors, Project Managers, contractors, consultants, Commercial and Finance colleagues. You will monitor agreed actions, project milestones, risks, expenditure and outstanding information, escalating delays or concerns to the appropriate project lead.
