STF Teaching Assistant (Temporary) 27.5 hours p.w. / term time only Grade 4 SCP (5-6)

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Specialist Teaching Facility (STF) within a thriving comprehensive school. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with additional learning needs to access a broad and engaging curriculum, develop their independence, and achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Working as part of a skilled and committed team, the successful candidate will provide support to learners both within the Specialist Teaching Facility and, where appropriate, in mainstream lessons. You will play a vital role in promoting pupils' academic progress, social development, wellbeing, and inclusion within the wider school community. We are looking for an individual who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of young people. Experience of supporting learners with additional learning needs is desirable, although enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
