You will support in many aspects, to name a few: • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Electrical Installation and associated programmes, providing effective feedback and support to help learners achieve their goals. • Plan and develop the curriculum, producing appropriate lesson plans and learning activities that meet the needs of groups and individual learners. • Monitor learner progress and contribute to quality improvement, maintaining accurate records of ILPs, progress and performance and supporting the continuous improvement of teaching and curriculum delivery.
