Junior Team Assistant £20 - £25p/h Temp to perm City of London My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Team Assistant to join a growing Investment firm, located in beautiful offices in the heart of the City. This is a fantastic foot in the door opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their experience and skills, perhaps suited to someone who wants to take the next step, moving away from reception into an administrative role. You will be responsible for providing admin support to a number of team members, with the potential to step up and provide coverage for EAs down the line. The successful candidate will come from a corporate background, enjoy being the 'go to' person, have excellent communication skills, and be able to liaise at all levels. They must be proactive and solution orientated with their approach, and as this is a new role, there will be huge scope for them to take on more responsibilities and get involved! This role offers hybrid working with 4:1, and working hours of 9am -5pm. What you’ll do Act as a key point of contact for administrative support across multiple individuals and teams Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering requirements and meet-and-greet arrangements for external clients Printing and binding of documents as required Assist with diary management and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones Coordinate international travel arrangements and prepare clear, detailed itineraries Provide administrative cover for team members during periods of holiday or absence Support with finance-related tasks, including processing and managing team expenses Prepare meeting documentation, materials and presentations Facilitate the execution and signing of documents, coordinating communications with internal and external stakeholders Work collaboratively with wider UK and global administrative teams to ensure seamless and consistent support across the business Who you are A confident and articulate communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally Minimum of 1 year experience working in a corporate environment Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure Discreet and professional, with experience handling sensitive and confidential information A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others Strong Microsoft Office skills, with excellent attention to detail REF:AJL216838 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
