What you will do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within the prison setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with professional standards and best practice.
- Support patients with physical health, mental health, and substance misuse needs as appropriate to your role.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
- Promote health, wellbeing, recovery, and rehabilitation within the prison population.
- Undertake clinical assessments and respond appropriately to healthcare needs.
- Support continuity of care through effective communication with intern
