Your new company You will be joining a leading global investment bank within its Private Banking division. Working in a busy and fast-paced environment, you will form part of a small administration team supporting a large group of bankers and investment counsellors. Your new role You will provide day-to-day travel, expense and secretarial support across the business. Your responsibilities will include processing expenses, arranging complex UK and international travel, supporting visa applications, managing corporate card queries and assisting with new joiner and leaver administration. You will also support with meeting room bookings, couriers, office supplies, facilities administration and other ad-hoc duties to ensure the wider team runs smoothly. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home, with flexibility required. What you'll need to succeed You will have previous assistant experience within financial services or banking, ideally supporting a busy team or multiple stakeholders. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
