Pay & Benefits Coordinator Liverpool Salary: Up to £28,000 Hybrid Working Fixed-Term Contract until November 2027 Looking for your next opportunity within payroll, pensions, benefits or HR? A well-established organisation is seeking a Pay & Benefits Coordinator to join its People Services team on a fixed-term contract until November 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll, pensions, benefits or HR professional who enjoys delivering a high-quality service and supporting employees throughout their journey. Working as part of a collaborative People Services team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of pay, pensions, reward and employee benefit schemes while providing exceptional support to colleagues and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Deliver a customer-focused pay, pensions, reward, wellbeing and benefits service. Process payroll, pension and benefits information accurately and efficiently. Administer pension schemes, employee benefits, mileage claims, holiday trading and contractual changes. Support new starter and leaver processes. Act as the first point of contact for payroll, pensions and benefits-related queries. Investigate and resolve employee and manager enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality at all times. Support year-end payroll and pension activities, audits and reporting requirements. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across payroll, reward and benefits processes. Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous experience within payroll, pensions, benefits, reward, HR administration or a People Services environment. Strong administration and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. Confidence using IT systems and the ability to learn new software quickly. The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/Level 4 or equivalent). A payroll, pensions, reward or HR-related qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
