The Role As a Bodyshop Estimator / Workshop Controller , you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from estimate through to vehicle handover, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, profitably and to the highest possible standard. You'll oversee a small team of experienced Bodyshop Technicians while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and workshop performance. Your Responsibilities Meet and greet customers, providing a professional and friendly experience. Produce accurate repair estimates and manage repair schedules. Oversee the daily operation of the bodyshop and a team of skilled technicians. Monitor repair quality, productivity and workshop efficiency.
