WHITCHURCH HIGH SCHOOL PENLLINE ROAD, CARDIFF, CF14 2XJ Years 7 – 11: 1,999 6TH Form: 460 Headteacher: Nick John SCIENCE TECHNICIAN Scale 3 – Point 4 - 6 (37 hours a week, 39 weeks (term time only) Actual Salary: £22,547 - £23,796 Position To start in November 2026 on the Lower School site, a general science technician is required. You will be expected to work as an integral part of a well-established technician and science team. Your main duties will involve servicing three science laboratories and carrying out general technician duties associated with Key Stage 3 Science (Year 7 Integrated science and Year 9 shared responsibility).
