What will you be doing? As part of the Pre-Construction team, you will support projects from their early development stages through to construction commencement Your role will include: Preparing and developing cost plans as designs evolve Assessing project costs, viability, risks and commercial opportunities Challenging design decisions and identifying more efficient solutions Working with development, design, technical and construction teams to improve buildability Using market intelligence and supply-chain input to inform project costs Supporting procurement strategies and the development of work packages Providing clear commercial advice to help colleagues make informed decisions Supporting a structured handover into the construction and delivery teams This is a highly collaborative role. You will not simply report the numbers. You will use them to challenge assumptions, guide decisions and improve project outcomes. What experien
