What you'll do
As part of the Lidl Plus team:
- Work on Trials and Projects to increase customer loyalty
- Improve processes to allow successful trials to integrate into the team as BAU
- Interpret project results and succinctly present them to senior
- Leadership
- Ensure that promotional budget is optimally invested by running tests and analysing results
- Drive customer behaviour
As part of the Customer Insights team:
- Enable decisions impacting every part of Lidl to be made based on data and insight
- Work with Panel Data, Brand Tracking, Customer Satisfaction and Campaign Performance
- Ad Hoc Research to find opportunities for growth
- Study the drivers of Lidl’s performance and benchmark to other retailers
- Review product ranges to identify strong and weak items for Lidl and competitors
- Develop customer engagement strategies and tactics which can be implemented across the entire business, within our bespoke customer segments, or even for individual stores

- Achieved or 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree
- Are eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required
- Able to commute/relocate within a reasonable commute to our Head Office in Tolworth, South West London
- Be passionate about the food retail industry
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Be assertive and confident in your communication skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Confident to make tough decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
- Business-minded approach; commercially savvy and resilient
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- £8.45 to £9.79 per hour (subject to experience)
