Ready to bring order to a busy funds practice? A leading law firm's Fund Formation & Sponsor Solutions team needs a proactive, experienced Team PA to keep partners and fee earners running smoothly. About the role You'll provide high-level, hands-on support to partners and fee earners in a large, fast-moving funds practice. Think complex diaries, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and full ownership of the billing cycle from draft bills through to collections. What you'll be doing Managing complex diaries and inboxes, resolving clashes before they happen Organising meetings end to end, from room bookings to papers and agendas Arranging detailed travel itineraries, including visas and accommodation Owning the billing process, from draft bills and narratives to credit notes Supporting collections with client-facing correspondence on outstanding invoices Managing accounts payable, expenses and disbursements Handling matter opening, conflict searches and file management Keeping CRM contacts and BD activity up to date Overseeing document production and formatting with clear deadlines Getting involved in ad-hoc projects, client events and seminars What you'll bring Around four years' PA experience in a law firm or professional services environment Strong Microsoft Office skills, sharp attention to detail and confident numeracy A proactive, adaptable, self-starter mindset A polished, client-focused manner internally and externally This is a role for someone who wants to be genuinely relied on, not just kept busy, with real scope to grow within a supportive team.
