A rare opportunity to become a trusted partner to the CEO of a high-growth, international sustainability organisation based in the City. We are seeking an exceptional EA who can anticipate priorities, manage complexity and ensure the CEO’s time and attention are focused where they can have the greatest impact. Sitting at the heart of the business, you will act as the central point of coordination for the CEO Office, connecting the dots and ensuring priorities move seamlessly from decision to delivery. This is a strategic, high-impact role that goes well beyond traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to: Manage a complex international diary and inbox, protect high-value time and escalate sensitive or urgent matters. Prepare agendas, briefings and presentations, and drive actions through to completion. Manage end-to-end international travel, visas and itineraries, handling disruption and last-minute changes seamlessly. Represent the CEO confidently across C-suite, Board, customer and external stakeholders,. Align priorities across the Leadership Team and EAs, and lead Board, leadership meetings, offsites and strategic events. Coordinate research and strategic projects. Oversee expenses, invoices and financial administration. Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality, exercise independent judgement and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. What we are looking for The successful EA will have significant experience supporting a CEO, Founder or C-suite executive, ideally within a high-growth, international organisation, and will combine exceptional organisation with commercial curiosity and strong judgement. You will bring: Industry experience within Tech, Consultancy/advisory, Sustainability or Data. Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to see both the detail and the bigger picture. The confidence and credibility to engage with senior stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High levels of discretion, integrity and judgement. Proactive and commercially minded: autonomous, resilient and adaptable, with the judgement to thrive in a demanding executive environment.
