Temporary EA to Head of School

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (flexibility in school holidays) 3 month temporary role with the opportunity to convert to permanent Breakfast and lunch included on site Full access to facilities including state of the art Gym ASAP start We have a fantastic new opportunity for an EA to support the Head of a leading West London senior school. This is a temporary role initially for a period of three months with the potential to progress into a permanent position. This role requires prior EA experience supporting within education. The school has a strong academic reputation, state of the art facilities and a warm and friendly culture. Supporting the Head of School, you will provide a high level of proactive and strategic administrative support in a fast-paced and highly visible environment. The successful EA will act as a true gatekeeper and ambassador for the Head - managing relationships and communications with discretion, professionalism and confidence. Duties will include: Complex diary and calendar management Coordinating meetings, schedules and appointments Managing internal communications and correspondence Supporting and coordinating school events Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders Governor liaison and meeting support Acting as a trusted gatekeeper for the Head Minute taking in internal meetings Handling sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion Anticipating requirements and proactively resolving issues Representing the Head professionally across the school community We are looking for an experienced EA with prior experience supporting a senior leader within education.
