The advertised post would suit someone who: Has
proven experience of delivering and assessing ASDAN, WJEC and NCFE Entry Level and Pre-Entry level qualifications as well as the delivery of Entry Level functional skills. Brings creativity, warmth, and resilience to the classroom Can work within a class team effectively, inspiring support staff
through clear communication and collaborative practice Adapts teaching approaches to meet a wide range of learning
profiles, communication needs, and sensory requirements Has a passion for working with learners to help them achieve their aspirations and potential Values a multi‑disciplinary approach and works positively with
therapists, families, and external professionals Is reflective, proactive, and committed to continuous professional
development Embodies our ethos of high expectations, dignity, and inclusion for
every learner is confident in supporting a range of behaviours.
