Sales Negotiator

Job title: Sales Negotiator Salary: £35-40k OTE Location: Chelmsford My client is looking for a Sales Negotiator, this role would suit someone with experience and/or someone who has strong previous face to face customer service experience. Requirements : Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process Sales progression Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also Attributes : Self-motivated and target driven Hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly Excellent communication skills.
