As a result of continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for: Managing the commercial delivery of multiple residential groundworks projects from contract award through to final account Preparing and submitting applications for payment, valuations, variations, and final accounts Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers Producing accurate cost forecasts, CVRs, and commercial reports Monitoring project costs and ensuring commercial targets are achieved Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities Administering contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Working closely with operational teams to maximise project performance and profitability Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, site teams, and key stakeholders Supporting the Commercial Manager with strategic commercial decisions and reporting The Ideal Candidate The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have: Proven experience as
