Client Services Executive – Apparel Location: Hammersmith, London Salary: £27,000 + benefits Job type: Full-time, Permanent Working pattern: Office-based initially, with some home working available after full training Client Services Executive – Apparel | Hammersmith | £27,000 An exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join a well-established London-based apparel design business. The business specialises in bespoke uniforms and garments for well-known brands across hospitality, aviation, retail and events, managing projects from the initial client brief through to production and delivery. We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in fashion, apparel or textiles , together with at least 6 months' customer or client service experience within a commercial environment . The Role Working closely with experienced Account Managers, you will support the day-to-day management of client projects and orders. Your responsibilities will include: Communicating with clients by phone and email Supporting Account Managers with client requirements Processing and tracking client orders Updating internal systems and preparing reports Coordinating samples and garments Arranging embroidery, tagging and garment customisation Monitoring stock and coordinating deliveries Tracking shipments and following up with suppliers and couriers Keeping clients and Account Managers updated on progress Responding to client queries Providing administrative and operational support Helping ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time Full training will be provided, so previous apparel industry experience is not essential. However, a minimum of 6 months' customer or client service experience within a commercial environment is essential. About You We are looking for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who is confident dealing with customers or clients and wants to develop a career in client services, account management and the apparel industry. Ideally, you will have a degree in: Fashion Fashion Business or Fashion Management Textiles, Apparel or Clothing Business or a related business subject Psychology Another relevant or related degree You will also have: At least 6 months' commercial customer or client service experience Experience communicating with clients or customers by phone and email Excellent communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail Confidence using IT and learning new systems The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities A proactive, practical approach A professional and personable manner A genuine interest in fashion, clothing, apparel or textiles Important Please Read We are specifically looking for someone who has experience dealing with customers or clients within a commercial/business environment, such as: B2B customer service Client services Account support Sales support Order management Commercial customer service Customer account coordination Similar client-facing commercial roles General administration experience alone will not be suitable for this role. Customer service experience gained solely within retail or hospitality will also not meet the requirements. Previous experience within the apparel industry would be ideal but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
