We are currently recruiting for a Temporary School Receptionist to join a busy and welcoming school in Vauxhall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous reception or administration experience who is available to start immediately.

Please note: A current Enhanced DBS is essential for this role. Applicants without a valid Enhanced DBS cannot be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting visitors, parents, students and staff


• Managing the school reception desk and main telephone line


• Signing visitors in and out of the school


• Handling incoming calls, emails and enquiries


• General administrative and clerical support


• Managing post, deliveries and correspondence


• Maintaining accurate records and databases


• Providing a professional and friendly first point of contact for the school

Requirements:

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• Confident using Microsoft Office


• Professional, friendly and proactive approach


• Current Enhanced DBS certificate


• Immediately available to start
