A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant to support a creative high-profile individual and their family from their home in Haringey, Greater London. This is a varied, hands-on position for a proactive Personal Assistant who enjoys making things happen, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy to take ownership across both personal and household matters. Initially offered as a 3-month contract, there is strong potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. This is a busy and diverse Personal Assistant role where no two days will be the same. Acting as a trusted right hand, you will provide seamless support across diary management, household organisation, family coordination and lifestyle management, while confidently handling ad hoc requests and using your initiative to keep everything running smoothly. The successful Personal Assistant will be discreet, organised and unflappable, with the confidence to take control of situations, manage competing priorities and become an invaluable source of support to both the principal and their family. Supporting a busy principal and family, this is a truly varied role combining traditional Personal Assistant duties with household and lifestyle management. You will be based from the family home, becoming a trusted point of contact and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently. Personal Assistant key responsibilities include: Managing an ever-changing diary, appointments and personal commitments Overseeing household administration, including bills, travel, bookings and general organisation Liaising with household staff, suppliers and external contacts Coordinating family logistics, children's activities and day-to-day household requirements Providing ad hoc support, attending events when required and acting as a trusted right hand to the principal The Ideal Personal Assistant will: Have previous experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a high-profile individual, entrepreneur or talent Be discreet, trustworthy and unflappable, with a positive and proactive approach Be highly organised with excellent diary management and problem-solving skills Be happy to take ownership, use initiative and adapt to changing priorities Be personable, confident and comfortable working within a private household environment Understand the world of public-facing individuals while remaining professional Have a valid UK driving licence (not essential) Additional Details: Based in Haringey, Greater London Working from the principal's home 3 days per week £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata Initial 3-month contract - strong potential for the role to become permanent Immediate start We appreciate all applications, however due to high volumes we may not be able to respond to all applications.
