EA to Tech Founder – WC2 West End | 5 days office-based | Occasional travel We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder of a highly successful and fast-growing Tech business based in amazing offices in WC2 This is a genuinely exciting role for an EA who enjoys being at the heart of a business, working closely with an entrepreneurial Founder and becoming a trusted extension of him. A real "wing man" role of responsibility and commitment The successful candidate will have a proven track record supporting a CEO, Founder, Entrepreneur or high-level Principal in a fast-paced environment where discretion, judgement and the ability to anticipate what is needed are essential. Extremely well presented and polished, this is an ambassadorial role and you will be meeting high level investors and stakeholders in this extremely successful company headed up by an entrepreneurial CEO who is successful and driven. Based in beautiful offices in the West End you will be working alongside the Founder five days a week, with occasional travel. A true right-hand role No two days will be the same. You will take ownership of a busy and constantly evolving diary, managing meetings, travel, priorities and commitments while ensuring the Founder is always prepared and one step ahead This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage a diary. We are looking for an EA who wants to understand the business, knows what is going on around them and enjoys being the go-to person and trusted wingman to a successful Founder. You will be highly visible and ambassadorial, dealing confidently with senior contacts and representing the Founder and company professionally at all times. You will be: An experienced EA with 3–4+ years supporting at CEO, Founder, Entrepreneur or Principal level Used to working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly Exceptionally organised, detail-focused and accurate Naturally proactive and instinctively good at anticipating what is needed Confident, polished and highly articulate Ambassadorial in style, with excellent interpersonal skills Tech-savvy and genuinely interested in AI and the latest technology Commercially aware and interested in the wider business Hands-on, energetic and happy to get involved wherever needed Someone who builds relationships quickly and works well with a wider team Calm under pressure, good-humoured and able to use initiative Degree educated preferred Above all, you will have personality, energy and that certain sparkle . You will be confident enough to hold your own, but grounded enough to be a great team player.
