We are looking for a new Reactive Repairs & Maintenance Inspector to join our growing Assets & Sustainability Team. The postholder will ensure high-quality reactive repairs and maintenance services ensuring that our customer s homes are maintained to a high standard and are compliant with contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements, whilst also providing a 10/10 customer experience . The post will be part of our Blended Working Model involving home working, with regular visits to Trust housing stock on the Isle of Arran and any other operational requirements.
