Are you a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor with strong subcontract management and commercial reporting experience? Do you have experience working under NEC contracts within rail or major civil engineering projects? Are you looking to join a growing rail business delivering a long-term programme of earthworks and civils schemes across CP7? The role will involve the hands-on commercial management of a revolving portfolio of projects, typically ranging in value from approximately £1m to £10m. Depending on workload and project stages, you could have commercial responsibility across multiple schemes simultaneously.
