Resident Services Associate Cardiff City Centre Cobalt is supporting a leading Build to Rent operator in the search for a Resident Services Associate to join their on-site team in Cardiff City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential property, Build to Rent, PBSA, estate management, property management, lettings, or customer-focused housing environments who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional resident experience. The Role As a Resident Services Associate, you will act as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and prospective tenants. Working as part of the on-site management team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the building while delivering a consistently high standard of service. This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with wider property and resident services support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and the operational side of residential property management. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional resident experience through proactive and professional customer service. Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating where required. Support the day-to-day operation of the building, ensuring communal areas and resident facilities are maintained to a high standard.
