The Opportunity As a Sub Agent, you'll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of works on site, working closely with the wider project team to ensure activities are planned, coordinated and delivered safely and efficiently. The role is predominantly site-based, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being involved directly in project delivery and working closely with site teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders. You'll help coordinate day-to-day site activities, monitor progress and ensure works are delivered in line with project requirements, programme and quality standards. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced Sub Agent with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure. The successful candidate will ideally have: Proven experience working as a Sub Agent or in a similar site-based position A strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects Experience coordinating site activities and project teams Strong leadership and communication skills The ability to manage resources and support effective project delivery A strong understanding of health, safety and quality requirements Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities The ability to work effectively with subcontractors, suppliers and wider project teams Working Away From Home As the projects are located across Scotland, the role is predominantly site-based and may involve working away from home
