As the business continues to grow, they are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of projects, work closely with the Directors and play a key role in the continued development of the commercial team. As Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial management of live projects, covering procurement, subcontractor packages, valuations, payments, cashflow and cost control. You will work closely with Contracts Managers, site teams and subcontractors, while also having direct exposure to the Directors and senior members of the business. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor with main contracting experience who enjoys variety, responsibility and being involved across the full commercial process. Experience across commercial, industrial, motor retail, healthcare, or similar projects would be beneficial, with an understanding of JCT contracts being essential.
