a ades Quantity Surveyor - Salary up to 80,000 We are looking for a hungry, hands-on Quantity Surveyor with strong fa ades experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in fa ades , with experience working as a Fa ades Quantity Surveyor and, ideally, having come from a specialist fa ades contractor rather than a generalist construction background. We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and hands-on , with a genuine understanding of fa ade packages, subcontractors, procurement, valuations, variations and commercial management. Key requirements: Strong fa ades experience is essential Proven experience as a Fa ades Quantity Surveyor Ideally from a specialist fa ades contractor background Hungry, ambitious and commercially driven Hands-on approach with the ability to get involved in the detail Strong understanding of fa ade packages and subcontractor management Excellent commercial and negotiation skills Salary: up to 80,000 , depending on experience.
