Job Title: Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Property Services Location: Staines-upon-Thames Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Pay Rate: £19.76 - £22.95 per hour We have an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join a dedicated housing repairs and maintenance team in Staines-upon-Thames. Responsibilities: Carrying out a variety of responsive repairs across void and occupied social housing properties. Repairing or replacing skirting boards, architraves, internal door frames, locks, handles, and hinges. Identifying and resolving minor plumbing issues, including leaks, taps, and blocked sinks. Completing patch plastering and making good damaged walls or ceilings. Undertaking wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing. Painting and decorating to a high professional standard following repair works. Providing excellent customer service and representing the company positively. Using a handhold electronic device to receive job instructions, update progress, and log completed works. Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual) Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS) Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card and uniform provided as part of the employment package.
