What the Role Involves Supporting classroom teachers with daily lesson delivery and dynamic classroom management. Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils across various key stages. Assisting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where required. Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Adapting quickly to different school environments and classroom dynamics each day. What We Are Looking For Previous experience working with children or young people (in school settings, youth work, or childcare). A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
