An effective communicator, able to build positive relationships with colleagues across academies and Shared Services teams. Accurate and methodical in their approach to handling and validating data. Calm and adaptable, with the ability to remain organised and effective during busy periods. Professional, reliable and able to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proactive and willing to learn new systems and processes. A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to shared objectives.
