Property Administrator - Trowbridge, Wiltshire 25,000 Per Annum 35 hour working week Monday-Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-4 - No Weekends As Property Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of residential property portfolios. Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the first point of contact for leaseholders, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently Maintaining accurate property records, leases and documentation Assisting with solicitor enquiries during property sales and purchases, including LPE1 packs and notices Supporting the management team with administrative projects and leaseholder communications Ensuring all records and correspondence are maintained to a high standard This is the ideal role for a candidate with exceptional organisation skills, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of leasehold management beneficial but not essential. We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing property services company that has built a strong national presence since 2008.
