Our client, a well-established, award-winning architectural practice with a growing network of offices across the UK, are currently seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their new Central Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an exciting period of growth, joining a collaborative team and working on a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors. Our client currently have 4 people in the new office and have plans to grow this further as part of their business strategy. This role would suit an Architectural Technologist with 5+ years' experience within architectural practice who has strong technical knowledge and is looking to take an active role in project delivery. The successful Architectural Technologist will work as part of a project team delivering schemes from inception through to completion, producing detailed design information and technical packages using Revit. The practice works across a diverse range of sectors, offering exposure to a varied portfolio of projects and the opportunity to work within a national architectural practice. The majority of projects are delivered in Revit, so strong BIM and Revit experience is essential, alongside good knowledge of Building Regulations, technical detailing and NBS.
